The plain-language terms that apply when you use FundBoard.

The service
FundBoard provides funding research and tracking for Canadian organizations. Guided members also receive advisory support.
Plans and prices
Plans and prices are as listed on our website, in Canadian dollars (CAD), before applicable taxes.
Billing and cancellation
- Access is month-to-month.
- Guided has a three-month minimum, then continues month-to-month.
- When you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your access ends then.
- We keep your data for 90 days after that so you can export it.
No guarantee of funding
Funders make their own decisions. FundBoard does not guarantee that any application will be funded.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to funders, and for submitting it. FundBoard never submits applications on your behalf.
Grant writing
Grant writing is quoted separately for each application.
Accounts
Accounts are for named users only. Please don't share sign-ins.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
