Who we are
FundBoard is a service of Syde Peace, Alberta, Canada. Questions about privacy? Contact us at info@fundboard.ca.
What we collect
- Details you send through our enquiry form, such as your name, email, organization and role.
- Account details for the named users on your plan.
- Organization and project information you add to your workspace.
- Payment information, which is handled by Shopify. We never see full card numbers.
Why we collect it
To provide the service, match your organization with funding, communicate with you and bill you.
AI tools
We use AI tools to research funding programs and draft applications. Your information isn't sold or used to advertise to you.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that run FundBoard (hosting, email and payments), or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@fundboard.ca.
Compliance
We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. After you cancel, we keep it only as long as needed for our records, and then delete it.
